1 of used wrap-around/traypacker. Make ZVT (KHS), type WP 030 VH, new 2000.Siemens S7 plc. Operating direction right to left. Wired for 400V/50Hz. Capacity: nominal 24 cycles/minute, 30 in overspeed. With Nordson type 3400 hot-melt unit. (Was originally 3500). Machine originally supplied to handle the following products (still and carbonated water): 1) 2.000 ml, PET, 94 x 94 x 337 mm, as 4x2=8 on tray. 2) 1.500 ml, PET, 85 x 85 x 315 mm, as 4x3=12 in box or on tray. 3) 1.000 ml, glass, 88.3 x 319 mm, as 4x3=12 in box. 4) 750 ml, PET, 74 x 74 x 337 mm, as 5x4=20 on tray. 5) 500 ml, PET, 62 x 62 x 212 mm, as 6x4=24 in box or on tray. 6) 330 ml, glass, 61.2 x 208 mm, as 6x4 on tray. Modified in 2003 to “tray-packer only”, for square and round 330 and 500 ml PET bottles as 6x4=24 on tray. For this purpose the top folding chain drive belt was disconnected (but still in situe to be re-fitted if needed to once again produce wrap-around boxes). Also, the original Nordson 3500 hotmelt-unit (suitable for connecting 5 hoses) was removed and replaced by a Nordson 3400 hot-melt unit (suitable for connecting only 2 hoses). All 5 hoses and guns are still fitted.
